Bing is one of the major leading search engine that is giving great competition for Google, Yahoo, etc . Bing shares over 20 % of internet search engine marketing. Bing is extension to MSN, with Microsoft owning the Databases of MSN, so previous data-base results of MSN were now redirected to Bing. So for a blogger getting traffic from each search engine is most important because different people use different search engines.

So, now I will make you learn how to create a sitemap for the wordpress blogs and submit to the bing website?
Generally, for creating the sitemap for the WordPress blog you have to install the Plugin “Dagon Design Sitemap Generator” which creates a sitemap for your WordPress powered site and install the site map in your blog

After installing the sitemap for your blog , we have to start submitting sitemap into the bing search engine.
Submitting Sitemap to Bing Search Engine
- Go to official Bing webmaster tool page.
- There you can find Submit URL and below that Submit Sitemap
- Initially submit your blog/website to Bing Search Engine by clicking on Submit URL
- After Submitting click on Submit Sitemap.
- For submission of the Sitemap in Bing type the following code in your address bar and hit enter: http://www.bing.com/webmaster/ping.aspx?sitemap=www.YourWebAddress.com/sitemap.xml (in the code you have to rename ” WEBADRESS ” AS “your website url”).
- Hence, finally we created the Sitemap and Submitted to Bing successfully

*After installing create a MSN account and sign into the Bing Webmaster tools and check the status of your site in bing search engine
