If you are not able to access Facebook on Firefox or IE, Here are some simple steps to perform to get it back normal state.
Firefox Users
1. Click on Tools.
2. In Advanced.
3. Go to Network.
4. Select Settings.
5. Select “Auto detect Proxy Setting for this Network”
Now you’ll be able to open Facebook on Firefox.
Internet Explorer Users
1. Click on Tools.
2. In Connections.
3. Select LAN Settings.
4. Uncheck “Use Proxy server….” or configure it correctly if you use them.
