Have you been annoyed of the time consuming age old method of attaching images or any other document on your email? Here is an efficient and time saving method to help you do that in a better way. Thanks to Google’s mail service – GMAIL! With this new feature it is just a matter of drag and drop of the file that you want to attach with the mail that you compose.
You still have that ‘Attach a file’ link while composing your e-mail, but it is just a matter of time before it can be taken out completely! I used to have to click “Attach a file,” find the photos, click them, etc. But now, if I’m using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox 3.6, I can just drag and drop the files to attach them — easy as pie.

I have created a demo of this feature in the form of a video, see the video:
Google will enable this feature for other browsers as soon as they support this feature. For now, you can drag and drop attachments in Chrome and Firefox only.

Gmail is getting better every day!
I think it tops all the other email providers… Thanks for sharing the news bro

Agree with you Siddartha! Already too many competitors out there for big G. Facebook, Bing and what not.. better to keep something innovative to brace up for changes.
Innovation is the key!
