How to SHUTDOWN Windows XP Completely

  • Goto Control Panel, then goto Power Options.
  • Click on the APM Tab,
  • Then check the “Enable Advanced Power Management support.”
  • Shut down your PC.
  • It should now complete the Shut Down process completely.
