@Vivek its not about submission, the author explained about the Link wheel concept. Please do read it again. His point is after submitting the article of ur blog in one of Social Media sites then use that submitted link and then submit that link in another site etc. It leads to Linkwheel and u will get really benifited

U asked me an example here it is just assume u create a post in blogger the article related to ur niche and now u need to create one more article in other blog service providers for example wordpress. In this wordpress blog post u need give a hyper link to your Blogspot blog post. Make sure that you target the keyword of the title tag which u used in the Blogger post. Now Repeat the same process in other blog service providers like weebly, squidoo etc

Well it is all about web 2.0 properties but now new experts have started using forum profile as link building too . You can use authority domain forums for link building purpose and connect them with different properties which link to your main niche sites .

Backlinks are so much important to get high ranking.Backlinks of a website as like blood in our body.There are lots of way through which we can get backlinks.I think,to make backlinks is not a tough task but the important thing is how they are quality wise.Yes,quality backlinks are much important than simple backlinks.But how to know a backlink have a quality or not?Quality backlinks are those links which have no use of black hat,no link farms and always should be relevant to our website.Also we can focus on page rank and do follow backlinks.
