HAD THE SAME TROUBLE FIXED IT BY GOING TO CONTROL PANEL. AT “VIEW BY”, I CLICKED CATEGORY THEN CLICKED ON “SMALL ICONS” CLICKED ON “PERFORMANCE INFORMATTION AND TOOLS”, AND THEN CLICKED “ADJUST VISUAL AFFECTS” THIS OPENED UP THE PERFORMANCE OPTIONS WINDOW. THE “SAVE TASKBAR THUMBNAIL PREVIEWS”, WAS UNTICKED, SO I CLICKED THE BOX THEN CLICKED “APPLY”, THE AERO PEEK FEATURE WORKED STRAIGHT AWAY. THE AERO PEEK BOX IN THE TASKBAR AND START MENUWINDOW WAS NO LONGER GRAYED OUT.
