Apple company is familiar to most people as innovators of the personal computer as it is known today. For the first time Apple’s low price Mac mini was launched. Mac mini is simply a notebook without display and other input devices.

The bottom panel can be removable and it is easy for accessing the memory. To its size it saved a lot of space by providing built in power supply which made Mac mini a pretty and an extraordinary product.
Mac mini makes it easier to connect to a digital display using HDMI port and Mini Display port and can use them as a player. It is provided with slot for playinf DVD’s and CD’s. Mac mini is powerd by a 2.4GHz or 2.66GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, with a superfast 1066MHz bus and 3MB of L2 cache to boost the performance.

The main advantages of Mac mini are the usage of recyclable materials like aluminium and also uses 68% less plastic than previous generation and the efficeint transportation .It is the worlds most energy efficient desktop computer that consumes lessthan 10w when it is in idle and consumes 85w.
The three ways Apple adopted to reduce the energy consumption are efficient power supply, low power components and power management software. Mac has earned the highest rating of EPEAT Gold(Electronic Product Environmental Assesment Tool) for its development.

Wow… PC in a box… although $699 isn’t cheap at all… Anyways… You said Display can be connected to, but can other input devices also be connected, how does the keyboard work in it?

Its an all in one system , everything like wifi , bluetooth inside it. Just commment your display and use with ur mouse . It is apple’s atempt to make mac computers cheap , thats all

yes, I think this is the cheapest computer Aplle,
but their small size makes me wonder if this computer can be a maximum like any other apple computers ..?
