With Apple iPhone 4′s Antennagate problem getting less attention, it seems that Motorola is helping with anumber of Droid 2 users reporting high rate of call drops. All four of the Droid 2 phones tested by Engadget in its review of the phone demonstrated ” endlessly fluctuating bar counts, “in addition to problems reported by two other reviewers. Most of the Droid 2 users commenting on the report said they had also experienced signal problems with the new phone. Phones with low battery life is also reported.
Motorola’s problems differ from that of Apple’s. Whiles Apple’s problem is due to the user’s touching externally visible band on the side of iPhone4, Droid 2 reportedly fluctuates even when user is ” not holding ” the phone.

That’s more worse as user cant avoid the fluctuation b avoiding to hold it wrong or using a case which is the solution provided for free by Apple. By the way the problem is escalating Motorola is in for Antenna problems in future which helps the case Apple has been propagating that all phones are affected by the Antennagate to some extent.
